Securing
Your Data

How do we safeguard your information?

We use a combination of technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, staff training and regular oversight of third-party providers. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel who need it to perform their roles.

Whilst we take appropriate steps to protect your information, transmission over the internet carries inherent risks. Please consider these when choosing how to share information with us.

Data
Retention

For how long do we retain your information?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the data and our obligations (for example, certain records may need to be kept for a number of years to comply with tax and financial regulations).

When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it in line with our data retention policies and applicable law.
